The 4030 is excited to announce the District hiring a total of 3 new Firefighters to Barnard who will be joining the 4030.

Firefighters:

#68 Nathan Bardeen - Nathan joins us with a long family history in the fire service and a background in EMS and previous employment as a Firefighter as well. Nathan has completed his NYS 229 Certification and 2-week period of orientation on days and is now assigned to Group 3.

#69 Bret Woerner - Bret comes to Barnard with a strong background in EMS working locally at Irondequoit Ambulance full time for the last 1+ year(s). Bret was a previous volunteer with Irondequoit Fire and will be starting 7/13 with the District prior to attending the MCRTP Academy starting in August.

#70 Derrik Wightman - Derrik has a background in commerical truck driving and operation, Derrik also was a member of the Rochester Protectives for many years where he grew a passion for the fire service and all it has to offer. Derrik will be starting 7/13 with the District prior to attending the MCRTP Academy starting in August.
