Local 4030 Board

PJ started a career in Public Safety as an EMT in 2005 and became a Paramedic in 2011, volunteering on the fireside was something PJ enjoyed and knew he would like to make into a career if possible. PJ has been a valuable member to the Barnard Fire District and even more so to our Local. PJ became Vice-President of Local 4030 in 2022, shortly after in 2023 he then became the President of 4030.

Matt started his EMS career in Rochester NY working for Rural Metro shortly after he came to Greece working for Greece Volunteer Ambulance. Matt joined the 4030 in 2019 and has served on the E-Board for most of those years. Matt started on the board as the Union Secretary before becoming the Vice President. Matt has worked to encourage members of past and present to always be the best we can for not only each other but our community and always works to improve not only himself but those around him.

Quin started his career in Public Safety in Canada originally, growing up in the Rochester area he returned to his home town and started working for a local ambulance as an EMT and shortly after becoming a Paramedic. Quin joined the 4030 in 2022 and then in 2023 became Union Secretary.

Matt has always carried an interest in helping others and bettering his community. Early on after high school Matt joined a Coast Guard program local to Rochester while obtaining his EMT and Paramedic shortly after. Matt went on to have a successful career in EMS and found that the fire service was calling to him. Matt joined the 4030 in 2021, and shortly after became the Union Treasurer. Matt has continued his passion of wanting to help others and give back to his community and looks to improve the Union wherever and whenever possible.

Alex was a previous volunteer member of the Barnard Fire Department and after joining the 4030 in 2019 made an immediate impact on all of us. Alex is always a person you can turn to for help, to make sure members are taking care of themselves and helping as much as possible. Alex has been a member of the E-Board since 2022, on top of responsibilities of the E-board Alex is also the Chairman of our fundraiser committee which focuses not only on raising funds for the Union but also the community such as Breast Cancer awareness.
